Job Description

Amazon aims to have the largest and most innovative Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace in the world. This team is responsible for accelerating sales growth and expanding selection for business customers, by promoting B2B feature adoption among the existing Seller base.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and motivate a high-performing team of New Account Managers, delivering growth through expanding the number of B2B Sellers and growing adoption of B2B features
  • Provide insights and advice on how Sellers can improve their Amazon Business marketplace sales
  • Support the introduction of new AmazonBusiness products and services for Sellers, identifying improvements, providing Seller feedback and working closely with the relevant international Amazon product teams
  • Drive business analysis, develop recommendations and implement projects and initiatives to drive growth
  • Deliver ongoing operational improvements at a European level
  • Interact with and influence senior Amazon leaders

Basic Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of working experience in an area similar to management consulting, product management or sales management
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business or Engineering field. Post-graduate education is recommended
  • Track record in people management skills
  • Highly organized and results oriented
  • Strong analytical skills (particularly Excel and database analysis)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Customer focused
  • Passionate about online businesses, e-commerce and sales

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of German/French/Spanish/Italian is a plus
  • MBA
  • Experience using or another CRM tool
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Experience working with Tax, Legal, Product, and internal business owners
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience building relationships and driving growth with existing customers/partners/B2B
