    Program Manager, Marketplace
    Today more than 50% of worldwide purchases from Amazon’s sites are made from third party sellers.
    Our customers can choose from more than 250 million distinct products on Amazon.fr. That vast choice is only possible because of the many entrepreneurial, third-party businesses who offer their products on the Amazon Marketplace. We build Customers trust by maintaining a high performance bar for Sellers, and always develop new programs and products to help Sellers achieve that bar and succeed on Amazon.


    Job Description
    The FR Marketplace business is looking for enthusiastic, smart and innovative program leader to develop and improve programs that ensure a best-in-class Seller Experience. He will notably be in charge of Identifying pain points for Sellers in our onboarding process, propose improvements and drive the implementation. He will also identify opportunities for new paid account management services, build a business case and set up the organization and tools to deliver those services.

    This position involves; regular communication with senior management on roadmaps, progress, risks and change control, working with technical teams, putting together and leading cross functional teams, building customer focused, financially persuasive business cases and developing yourself and those around you.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Experience in product/program management
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams involving communicating with senior management
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Expertise in MS Excel
    • Knowledge of relational databases (such as SQL)
    • Strong analysis skills
    • An exceptionally well rounded communicator, able to clearly articulate thoughts in verbal and crucially written form.

    Preferred Qualifications

    The successful candidate should be able to provide evidence of:
    • A passion for developing an engaging customer user experience with demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
    • Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional team environment (including technical, marketing, design and merchandising teams), chasing down and following up on dependencies, mitigating risks, and escalating when necessary
    • High attention to detail and the management of multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
    • Thinking strategically and executing methodically
    • Strong analytical skills, including ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
