Your responsibilities will include planning your territory, gather information about your customers and follow up, generate and close opportunities within Mid-Market end-user accounts in France.
As an ideal candidate you will possess account management or technical background that enables you to successfully manage a high volume of outbound calls.Responsibilities
- Contact decision-makers via phone at Mid-Market companies to identify specific purchasing plans and decision criteria for cloud based solutions
- Capture, track, and advance qualified opportunities and customer information in CRM system
- New customer acquisition by cold calling
- Up-sell and cross-sell on existing customer base
- Develop and execute territory plan
- Achieve monthly call volumes and pipeline and revenue targets
- Work with partners to drive adoption and implement our solutions
- Evangelize, deliver information on programs, products via phone, email etc
- Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a regular basis
