    As a Focused Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of a group of cloud technologies at Amazon Web Services.
    Your responsibilities will include planning your territory, gather information about your customers and follow up, generate and close opportunities within Mid-Market end-user accounts in France.
    As an ideal candidate you will possess account management or technical background that enables you to successfully manage a high volume of outbound calls.

    Responsibilities
    • Contact decision-makers via phone at Mid-Market companies to identify specific purchasing plans and decision criteria for cloud based solutions
    • Capture, track, and advance qualified opportunities and customer information in CRM system
    • New customer acquisition by cold calling
    • Up-sell and cross-sell on existing customer base
    • Develop and execute territory plan
    • Achieve monthly call volumes and pipeline and revenue targets
    • Work with partners to drive adoption and implement our solutions
    • Evangelize, deliver information on programs, products via phone, email etc
    • Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a regular basis

    Basic Qualifications

    • College/University Degree or equivalent experience
    • Several years account management /telemarketing experience
    • Excellent account management, presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to learn quickly
    • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, result oriented
    • A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets
    • Fluent in French and English
    • Experience in technology account management
